    During our stay, we found it super convenient to explore the fine Hanuman Temple just over 2 km away and enjoy the lush Native Biodiversity Garden a short walk from the hotel, making our weekend strolls good.

    Stayed in deluxe queen room, it was airy and with amazing design. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was good. The hotel's location was beautiful and magnificent, short walk to Khasid beach and family restaurants close by outside the resort-Surichi and Waves.

    Well-run and relaxing hotel in a good area close enough to the centre of the property, Varsoli and Kihim beaches in Alibaug and the alibag city / market. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location to Drake Circus Shopping Centre. Extremely helpful and responsive staff, concierge service and ironing free of charge. Above average breakfast selection with live music and dishes which were served.

    Spacious pool area perfect for cooling off during hot days, with plenty of lounge chairs and a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are nicely designed with ample comfort, with modern amenities that make relaxation easy after a long day.

    While the hotel is well-equipped, the approach road is filled with potholes which can get messy, especially in rainy weather. Housekeeping could be more responsive. I found that minor stains weren't addressed , and the lack of thorough cleaning felt disappointing. The play area for kids has some inconsistencies in rules that could frustrate parents trying to enjoy quality time.

    Nice vibe but service could improve

    The place is pretty nice and spacious! Loved the poolside snacks, and the food at Kokum & Spice was really tasty. Had a weird experience with the high tea charges though. Wasn't clear on the pricing and felt a bit misled. But the rooms were clean and comfy. Had a decent stay.

    The Beautiful Spa Villa was spacious, with well-maintained amenities including a great pool. The kitchen staff provided excellent service, particularly during meals, and the buffet spread was excellent. Children's activities could be enhanced and some staff members lacked enthusiasm. The spa experience was decent but not amazing.
